On May 6th, the OFCCP introduced its new Ombuds Service to the contractor community for concerns and complaints, especially during OFCCP audits. The ombuds, as described by the OFCCP, is “an independent and neutral public official with the authority to both receive and informally address concerns and complaints about OFCCP policies, procedures, or actions.” The OFCCP has dedicated an entire section of its website to the Ombuds Service where stakeholders can find Ombuds Service Protocol, Ombuds FAQs, the Ombuds Service Referral Form, as well as the contact information for the designated ombudsman Marcus Stergio. Find out more about the Ombuds Service here.
