The House Appropriations Subcommittee on Labor, Health and Human Services approved a bill which would increase the OFCCP’s FY2020 budget by $17 million. The bill still has to be approved by the House Appropriations Committee, and the Senate Appropriations Committee must also propose a budget.
The OFCCP has scheduled four town hall sessions in FY2019 in response to the Government Accounting Office’s September 2016 Report: Strengthening Oversight Could Improve Federal Contractor Nondiscrimination Compliance.
