We at Maly Consulting are deeply saddened and horrified by the senseless deaths of George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, Breonna Taylor, and all other victims of racially motivated violence.  We acknowledge the pain our nation is experiencing as the fear and uncertainty of a pandemic have been exacerbated by these tragic reminders that prejudice and inequality still exist in America. Racism has no place in our society.  We stand with the black community and people of color in calling for an end to racism, discrimination, and social injustice.

We are committed to our principles of diversity, inclusion, and equality, and work to advance affirmative action and equal employment opportunity in the workplace. We will continue to partner with our clients to ensure a fair and inclusive workplace free of discrimination. In addition to our affirmative action work, we will be enhancing our civility training program available to clients as well as offering diversity and inclusion metrics analysis in order to take extra steps in fighting systemic racism.

There is still a lot of work left to do. Through respectful listening, courageous conversations, meaningful action, and a commitment to continually fight against racism, we are working towards creating substantive positive change in our society and thank those that support our mission.
