2019 EEO-1 Data Collection Delayed to 2021

VEVRAA Hiring Benchmark Lowered Again

OFCCP’s Methodology for Developing the Audit List

In an effort to improve its transparency to federal contractors, the OFCCP recently released their methodology explaining how they selected federal contractors to be audited in FY2018.  The methodology is described in this two page document.  The OFCCP stated that they have no legal obligation to publish their methodology each time the methodology is revised.

EEO-1 Deadline Extended

The EEO-1 Joint Reporting Committee received a large number of requests for extensions to file the 2017 EEO-1 Report, so the deadline has been extended to Friday June 1, 2018.  Please go to the EEO-1 website for more information: https://www.eeoc.gov/employers/eeo1survey/.
