The 2023 filing cycle for the VETS-4212 report opened August 1, and is due September 30.
The EEOC is currently completing a mandatory, three-year renewal of the EEO-1 Component 1 data collection by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) under the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA). Accordingly, the EEOC has updated the tentative opening of the 2022 EEO-1 Component 1 data collection to the Fall of 2023. All updates to the data collection, including the final opening date and due date will be posted to their website as they become available.
If we normally file your company’s VETS-4212 and EEO-1 reports, we will file your data ahead of the respective deadlines.
UPDATE: The EEOC recently updated their website to state that the 2022 EEO-1 Component 1 data collection will open on Tuesday, October 31, 2023. The deadline to file the report is Tuesday, December 5, 2023.
