Effective April 8, 2015, Federal contractors and subcontractors must ensure their online job postings and career pages include the latest Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) regulatory language requirements. Specifically, all online job postings must carry the EEO tag line.  The terms “sexual orientation and gender identity” must be spelled out in tag lines that list all protected categories.  In addition, Federal contractor/subcontractor website career pages must disclose and make accessible to all applicants the company’s EEO policy and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s (EEOC) EEO is the Law poster.

For your convenience, Maly’s New Regulatory Requirements for Online Career Pages provides details of the new requirements, including a link to EEOC’s EEO is the Law poster and samples of tag line and career page language.
