Maly Consulting recently published a Compliance Alert that provides in-depth information about the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs Office’s (OFCCP) September 11, 2015 Final Rule, Prohibitions Against Pay Secrecy Policies and Actions.

Under the Final Rule, effective January 11, 2016, employers who do business with the Federal government will not be allowed to prohibit discussion of compensation between employees and/or applicants, nor will they be allowed to retaliate against employees and/or applicants for discussing compensation.
