On September 7, 2015, President Obama issued an Executive Order that requires the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) to develop regulations that will require contractors to provide paid sick leave for their employees.  With the rule-making process for development of paid sick leave regulations just getting underway, this latest requirement is not projected to go into effect until January 1, 2017.
