On March 30th, Jenny Yang announced the conclusion of her tenure at the DOL as the Director of the OFCCP. She is leaving to take a position on the White House Domestic Policy Council as deputy assistant to the president for racial justice and equity. During her time as director of OFCCP, the agency launched the Contractor Portal, requiring federal contractors to annually certify their affirmative action programs. Yang announced that Deputy Director Michele Hodge will serve as Acting Director in her absence.
