The OFFCP opened the 2023 AAP certification requirement in their Contractor Portal on March 31, 2023. The Contractor Portal is the agency’s platform where contractors and subcontractors must annually certify whether they are meeting their requirement to develop and maintain affirmative action programs (AAPs).
