On November 11, 2014, MALY submitted Public Comments on behalf of its clients in response to the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) for a new Requirement to Report Summary Data on Employee Compensation. OFCCP plans to require Federal contractors to submit compensation data every year no later than March 31st.  This compensation data submission will be in addition to data already provided as part of annual Affirmative Action Program plans (AAPs).  Please feel free to contact your MALY consultant if you have questions or concerns about the proposed new requirement.

On October 31st, OFCCP announced that it was extending its deadline for public comments from November 6, 2014 to January 5, 2015, so there is still time for anyone in the public sector to express concern about or support for this new compensation data submission requirement.
