The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) has once again updated its Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) pertaining to Section 503 (disability) regulations and the Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA) regulations.  The new Section 503 FAQ outlines what self-identified-disability information a Federal contractor or subcontractor must store in order to remain in compliance with new disability accommodation requirements.  The new VEVRAA FAQ provides guidance on how to comply with job-listing requirements for remote jobs that can be performed at any location.  This FAQ says contractors may list job openings with the state or local workforce agency where the work unit, division, department, or supervisor to which the employee will report or be assigned is located.
