The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) updated their Frequently Asked Questions for Federal Contractor Selection System (FCSS) and Corporate Scheduling Announcement Letters (CSALs).  The OFCCP recently mailed CSALs to federal contractors, notifying companies that they have been selected for an OFCCP compliance review during the scheduling cycle.  A CSAL is not the same as an OFCCP scheduling letter, which officially notifies a company that they are being audited.  There are 800 establishments on the current Scheduling List for FY2017, which covers 375 companies.  Unlike previous years the CSALs will be mailed directly to the establishment, not the Corporate Headquarters.
