The OFCCP recently released Directive-2018-06-Contractor Recognition Program, in order to highlight and recognize contractors with excellent compliance programs and initiatives in the areas of equal employment opportunity and affirmative action.  During 2017 and 2018 the OFCCP sought feedback from the contractor community.  One of the common suggestions was a recognition program, so contractors could easily learn the best practices for OFCCP compliance.  The OFCCP does not provide many details in this directive, but they do mention a possible contractor-peer mentoring program.
