The OFFCP updated its Employment Referral Resource Directory (ERRD). This is a directory of government and nonprofit organizations throughout the country that federal contractors can use as part of their recruiting and outreach efforts. The OFCCP said the “ERRD was developed as a compliance assistance tool to help federal contractors identify local job referral services for veterans, individuals with disabilities, women, and minority groups.”
