The California Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH) updated its website on the California Pay Data Reporting requirement. The webpage states that the Pay Reporting Portal, through which employers submit their data to DFEH, will be available on February 15, 2021. A guide to using the portal (User Guide), template that employers may use to submit their data (Excel Template), and example of a CSV submission (CSV Example) will be available by February 1, 2021.
