Will the OFCCP soon require all government contractors to submit their affirmative action plans (AAPs) online annually? The OFCCP website has a new page that hints at the possibility and says “Coming Soon.” The web page says it will be, “…a secure web based interface created to improve communication and the transfer of Affirmative Action Plan data, between Federal Contractors and the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs.” It is not known yet if this portal will be used for all AAPs on an annual basis or just during OFCCP Compliance Evaluations.
