The OFCCP recently updated its website to include the new “Know Your Rights” poster.  This replaces the previous “EEO is the Law” poster and “EEO is the Law” Supplement.  Please ensure all applicants and employees have a way to access the new poster, either electronically or physically.

In addition to the new Know Your Rights poster, clients should post the Notice of Employee Rights, Notice and Invitation to Protected Veterans and Individuals with Disabilities, and their EEO Policy with Pay Transparency language, if you do not already do so to fulfill all current posting requirements.  If you would like samples of these required postings, please reach out to your Maly Consultant.
