As we previously reported, in August 2022 the OFCCP notified federal contractors of a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for federal contractors’ EEO-1 reports.  Contractors were given the opportunity to object to having their EEO-1 reports released.

The OFCCP posted a list of contractors whose EEO-1 Type 2 data the agency intends to release around February 8, 2023.  To ensure the accuracy of their list, the OFCCP is providing a final opportunity for Companies to object to the disclosure of their EEO-1 data.

Objections should be submitted no later than 11:59 p.m. EST on February 7, 2023, via the email (OFCCP-FOIA-EEO1-Questions@dol.gov).  The OFCCP’s notice states that the “response must include information supporting your contention that your entity was not a federal contractor during this time or has previously submitted an objection to release.  No other objections to release will be considered.”
