The portal to file the annual VETS-4212 report is now open. Federal contractors who have a contract or subcontract worth $150,000 or more with the government must file a VETS-4212 report by September 30, 2018. In addition to being able to use data from any payroll period between July 1 and August 30 as their “ending period”, contractors have the option of using December 31, 2017 as their data snapshot date. This change is helpful since contractors are now able to use the same December 31st workforce data for both the EEO-1 and Vets-4212 reports.
