While the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) will continue to alert some contractors in advance that they have been scheduled for a Compliance Evaluation, contractors will no longer need to anxiously check the mailbox with anticipation of a Corporate Scheduling Announcement Letter (CSAL). Starting with the next round of Evaluations, the agency will no longer mail out an individualized CSAL to each selected establishment.  Instead, the OFCCP will announce companies selected for an Evaluation on their website. To increase efficiency and transparency, this web-based publication will allow contractors to quickly check whether or not they are on the List of selected contractors. After the OFCCP publishes its web-based List, they will continue to mail out Scheduling Letters to officially begin the Compliance Evaluation process. It is unclear when exactly the agency will publish its next List, but Maly will monitor and notify clients once the next round of Evaluations is announced.
