The OFCCP released its fall Corporate Scheduling Announcement List which provides advance notice to contractors that they are on the Agency’s list for an audit in the near future. This most recent list has 2,250 establishments and specifies the type of audit. Along with audits they have done in the past like the establishment review, compliance check, corporate management review, and Section 503 review, the OFCCP is also listing two new types of audits: accommodations and promotions focused reviews. The OFCCP revised its originally published CSAL because they scheduled establishments still under audit or that were supposed to be immune from an audit at this time.
