The EEOC has updated their website to state that the “2021 EEO-1 Component 1 data collection is tentatively scheduled to open on Tuesday, April 12th, 2022.” There is no official updated deadline yet, but the agency states that updates regarding the 2021 EEO-1 Component 1 data collection will be posted to the website as they become available. If we normally file your company’s EEO-1 report, we will file your company’s 2021 EEO-1 data next spring ahead of the deadline.
