California employers with 100 or more employees must report pay and hours-worked data by establishment, job category, sex, race, and ethnicity to the Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH) by April 1, 2022. Starting February 1, 2022, new versions of the portal and other resources were made available. If we filed your company’s report last year, we will file your company’s report this year.
