On December 2, 2021 the OFCCP introduced their new Contractor Portal, which is a part of the AAP Verification Interface the OMB approved in August 2021.

Starting on February 1, 2022, federal contractors can register by going to the Contractor Portal website and clicking on Create Account, which leads to Login.gov.  The OFCCP strongly encourages federal contractors to register by March 30, 2022.  Between March 31 and June 30, 2022, federal contractors will be able to certify whether they are meeting the requirement to develop and maintain annual AAPs.

The OFCCP is notifying companies via email about the Contractor Portal.  The OFCCP is using the 2018 EEO-1 report to determine who to contact, so some of this information might be outdated.  Covered federal contractors and subcontractors are still required to certify their compliance even if they do not receive an email from the OFCCP.

New contractors have 120 days to develop their AAP.  They must register and certify compliance through the Contractor Portal within 90 days of developing their AAP.

For more information please see the OFCCP’s Updated Frequently Asked Questions and Contractor Portal User Guide.

If you have not already done so, please let your Maly consultant know whether or not you would like for us to register and certify AAP compliance on behalf of your company.
