We previously reported that the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) notified federal contractors of a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for federal contractors’ EEO-1 reports. The OFCCP extended the deadline to submit objections. The new deadline is October 19, 2022.
The OFCCP extended the deadline to “ensure that Covered Contractors have time to ascertain whether they are covered and submit objections.” Many contractors have contacted the OFCCP to request an extension and to verify if they are included in the “universe of Covered Contractors during the requested timeframe.”
