On August 29, 2017, Office of Management and Budget (OMB) sent a memo to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) about the new EEO-1 report.  The memo stated the pay component will not be required as part of the EEO-1 report due in 2018.  The EEO-1 report is still due March 31, 2018.
