OFCCP Contractor Assistance Portal

The OFCCP launched their new Contractor Assistance Portal on August 9th to “improve compliance assistance and increase transparency for contractors and stakeholders.” Through this portal, contractors can ask questions, search FAQs, access compliance assistance materials, and join live group chats or discussions hosted by the OFCCP.

Alexander Acosta Resigns as Department of Labor Secretary

Alexander Acosta resigned as Labor Secretary.  Acosta’s deputy, Patrick Pizzella, is serving as acting secretary.  President Trump recently nominated Eugene Scalia to be the next labor secretary.  He is the son of former Supreme Court Justice, Antonin Scalia.
