The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approved an updated version of the disability self-ID form and now it expires January 31, 2020. The OFCCP’s website says “NOTICE: OMB has renewed the self-id form with an expiration date of January 31, 2020. Federal contractors must either download the renewed form(s) below or update their electronic version(s) of the form to reflect the new date.”
