The Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA) annual national hiring benchmark was recently updated. Effective March 31st, 2023, the new benchmark is 5.4% veterans. This benchmark is down from 5.5% last year.
The OFCCP updated the Protected Veterans Hiring Benchmark to 6.7%. This new benchmark is effective starting March 31, 2017. The previous Hiring Benchmark was 6.9%.
