The file upload function for the 2017 and 2018 Component 2 EEO-1 online filing is now available on the portal. The EEOC also released instructions and a sample form to assist EEO-1 filers in figuring out the new pay data reports. Employers may now file their survey two ways: entering data manually in the online form or uploading the data via CSV files.
