VEVRAA Hiring Benchmark Lowered Again

OFCCP’s Methodology for Developing the Audit List

In an effort to improve its transparency to federal contractors, the OFCCP recently released their methodology explaining how they selected federal contractors to be audited in FY2018.  The methodology is described in this two page document.  The OFCCP stated that they have no legal obligation to publish their methodology each time the methodology is revised.

OFCCP Compliance Evaluation Experience Survey

The OFCCP recently sent surveys using SurveyMonkey to contractors that completed an OFCCP compliance review between October 1, 2012 and September 30, 2017.
