Updated OFCCP Veteran’s Hiring Benchmark

The OFCCP updated the veterans hiring benchmark from 6.7% to 6.4%. The new 6.4% hiring benchmark is effective 03/31/2018. Please see the OFCCP’s website for more information: https://www.dol.gov/ofccp/regs/compliance/AnnualVEVRAABenchmarkEffectiveDates.htm. Contractors also have the option of establishing their own customized benchmark. EEO-1 Report Pay Component Update

On August 29, 2017, Office of Management and Budget (OMB) sent a memo to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) about the new EEO-1 report. The memo stated the pay component will not be required as part of the EEO-1 report due in 2018. The EEO-1 report is still due March 31, 2018.
